I liked how it turned out. The portrait looks awesome. I did not like how long it took me to receive the portrait. I ordered back in the middle of November and received it in early January. This was going to be a birthday present from my mother but not only did it miss her birthday, but it also missed Christmas and New Years. I find this unacceptable and outrageous how I had to personally email your company to get my portrait to come. It’s almost like y’all forgot about me. This made me really sad.

The portrait turned out alright, though for some reason one of the dogs (in the middle) ended up being a bit blurry even though the original photo submitted was clear. The disappointing part was that I ordered it in early November as a Christmas gift to give it plenty of time to arrive. 2 weeks after placing the order and getting the confirmation email I still had heard nothing. Finally I reached out to ask about the order and was told it had never been 'captured', despite having a confirmation email! Several more weeks went by before I heard anything again. When I was finally sent the first draft it was a week before Christmas. I requested a minor change to the item which then took 2 more weeks. I had to reach out to the company yet again to ask about the status of the change, the communication was really lacking throughout this entire process. The item arrived much later than it should have and the surprise was ruined. I guess the lesson learned is if you order one of these as a gift place your order months before you intend to give it and plan to have to manage the order yourself the entire time.

Originally found the company/ product on Instagram and looked like a great present. After a bit of research I ordered the portrait online and absolutely love it. Such a great job on the portrait absolutely love it.
The only thing I would recommend is improving the tracking and updates of orders. I constantly had to get in touch via email & Facebook to request updates which was either not provided or the update didn’t tell me much.
