The portrait looked more like a photoshopped picture than a painted portrait, so I was somewhat disappointed. Your website claims that artists will paint your pet's likeness. At the very most, it looked like someone dragged an image of her photo head onto the painted queen body. There were no brushstrokes evident. Also, the canvas was not folded correctly and has a corner sticking up. For the price, it was not the quality I was hoping for.

Love the way my tortoise shell (Tootsie) came out as the Sapphire Queen! During the preview, one of her cheeks was flatter than the other (in the picture I sent). I asked the editors to fluff it up a bit to match her other cheek. It came out awesome!
