This is Zeus. Normally when he’s interested in something his ears are up but to get this picture they made him “sit” and his ears are sideways which means he thinks he’s in trouble. Last year there were some shipping hiccups and the portraits i ordered of our two cats, Hero and Daffy, came past Christmas, however my husband loved them soooo much (as did i) that i could not resist ordering portraits for our beloved cat Hobbes and Tapey, whom passed several years ago. The portrait itself is great. It is what I expected. I am however disappointed with the customer service. Within 10 minutes of approving my artwork, I decided that I would rather have the pillow than the canvas. I immediately reached out to customer service and told them the situation. I did not hear back for about 4 days. When I finally received a response I was told that it was too late and my art was already sent to the printer. If customer service would have been more punctual I believe they could have in time swapped my order for the pillow rather than the canvas.
