I will admit that I was skeptical at first. But, I was really amazed on how fast the preview was sent to me. You have very skilled digital artist working for your company. I wasn't sure how one of the pets was going to look because one of the photos I've uploaded wasn't of the best quality. Your artist was able to work around it and match the resolution to the other photo. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend. Very speedy work and delivery. The portrait is amazing but the customer service was even better! A few of us ordered a portrait for a colleague that was celebrating her 15 year anniversary with our company. I placed the order in late February and just as it shipped we had to close our offices because of COVID-19. As expected the closure and corona-virus response caused some issues and delays in our shipping. After some back and forth with UPS I thought I'd reach out to Crown & Paw's customer service to see if they could help track down the package. They immediately jumped in and told me they would replace the one that was lost in transit and have it shipped out asap. Our colleague received the portrait within days and absolutely loved it. Everyone I worked with at C&P has been amazing! They were professional, efficient and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend checking them out. Come for the portraits but stay for the customer service!
