I had a great experience with Crown & Paw. I have never ordered anything like this, but it was super easy. I was a little worried because, in the picture I submitted, my fiance's cat's face was tilted away and her whole chin wasn't visible. I offered more pictures, but they didn't need them; the picture came through, no questions asked!
Plus, the "$10 to have your art moved to the front of the queue" was a great option. With that, I submitted my order, approved the design, and got the actual canvas print-out in barely over a week!
I was really happy working with Crown & Paw and I would work with them again without question.

I was worried about the shipping time as I wanted this before Christmas for my girlfriend. It said it would be shipped in time for Christmas upon purchase and then when I received the shipping info, it said 2-3 weeks(which would not be in time). The package arrived in plenty of time and was even much earlier than expected! Very happy with the shipping and I haven't unwrapped it from the bubble wrap packaging yet but from what I can see so far looks great :) Girlfriend will be ecstatic and I am very pleased with the order.
