My only complaint is the odd size. An 8 x 10 matte either cuts of the paws (which is a nice touch) off or the space above him will be too short. I'd rather get a $5 matte at a craft store than pay $200 for custom framing

Once contacted regarding late/missing delivery C&P responded but truly did not facilitate the delivery at all and pretty much left the tracking In my hands. Very polite and responsive but not at all helpful. USPS tracked and updated and were very helpful, even phoned to ensure satisfaction...

I (37F) got this as a surprise gift for my BFF, (38F). Which meant I had to poach pictures from her social media and HOPE that the one I chose would be appropriate and work for the C&P portrait I had planned. Ya'll-- IT DID! The portrait of Sammy (Bff's dog) as THE NOBLE-- looks AMAZING. I had no idea what to expect, and I was incredibly pleasantly surprised by how the final product turned out. My BFF LOVED her gift (I chose a poster, but next time I'd definitely go with a canvas)--and I also made sure to get her the digital download edition, so she'd always have a copy. NO JOKE, I am a real person, who saw this ad on FB; needed to get my awesome BFF a gift, took a chance, and (took the time to type this all out, to say)-- really liked it. Make sure you read their suggestions for how to choose the correct picture of your beloved (pet). Next time, I'm going with a multi-pet picture. ((I will say, because we are anti-military industrial complex, and not for cultural appropriation, AND I wanted a yellow lab, in male garb, to have contrast between his clothing and his fur, I wish we had a few more options to choose from--BUT- even still-- WE LOVE the noble. And I cannot wait to get this as gifts for my other friends and family, and even of my dogs too.))

It was a cute pic but the glossy finish had shown any little mark I made from opening it- which I did carefully. But I reordered it in a canvas and anxiously await it's arrival.
