I love love love my picture! I chose "Saphire Queen" for my little LoLa. She looks so cute, and I've showed all my friends and co-workers. Many of them are asking about your website because they want to get a picture made of their pets. One word of caution...(no fault at all to Crown and Paw) be sure to double check what you're buying. I really wanted a canvas of my pup, and I accidentally picked a poster. The poster is great, but I really was wanted a canvas. Again, my own fault. I still would highly recommend anyone that wants to give this a try.

I sent two photos. The first one had our cats facial expression more accurate to what he looks like but the coloring was off. The second was closer in coloring but missed his characteristic eye expression. Also the color was a little off in the second as well as it was grayer than he actually is but close enough to still want to keep it. It was a gift for my husband as a kind of gag gift so it did not have to be perfect. This are fun gifts so I am over all happy.

I made several online inquiries about my order and I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. My inquiries were addressed the same day or one day later! My disappointment is in myself. All along I thought I had ordered a canvas, but the final product I received was a portrait instead. I am not sure where the error was made. Great portrait and very prompt arrival! The only hiccup was that there was a problem with the resolution of the first photo I uploaded, and I received an e-mail giving me the option to correct the issue via the customer dashboard, or by replying to the e-mail. I replied to the e-mail, requesting to use a different photo AND a different costume, but never received a reply. A few days later, I received an e-mail reminder that there was still an issue that needed to be corrected. I just went through the dashboard to upload a different photo. So, it's not the costume and photo combination I wanted, but it still came out great
