With the current times and all the doom and gloom, we agreed that with the finances being tight for the both of us, we agreed that we're not doing presents for anniversary, birthdays or holidays, in order to save money this year.
I didn't really listen to most of that last part. I have been going online to your site to figure out which portrait would work and it was hard to choose. There are (2) two cats, and wanted to make sure they were represented well in the photos that were submitted. I was trying my best to submit to your site on time for her birthday. Besides the site letting me know after only several days that the portrait was on its way, but really wasn't. Waited the 14 business days for the delivery. The portrait came in a week prior to her birthday. She didn't have a clue what it was but was excited to see her, 'boys,' represented rather well in the portrait. She was really pleased with the gift and appreciative of the original gift for her. Thank you.

One is I never received an email with the tracking information, but that ended up with a nice surprise when I came home and it had arrived. From an artistic point, I wish the blue cap had been shaded a little more so that it stood out more from the blue background, but over all the details were amazing.
