The process of requesting edits/changes before final approval was frustrating and not as smooth as I expected - would be nice to have more personalised response to specific requests that were actually visibly different in the samples sent.

It was a RIDE. The initial shipment arrived irrevocably damaged thanks to the horrific handiwork of UPS. I was heartbroken as the portrait is to honor my very recent loss of the beautiful kitty I grew up with. When I saw it ruined I just broke down into tears. I emailed the C&P customer service the same night- which was probably around 11pm. When I woke up the next morning I had already received a response. They maintained swift and eloquent responses and took very excellent care of the situation. I now have the replacement which was sent, and I am enamored with the final product. It feels oddly like home to be able to see her face. I am so, so, so grateful for everything the C&P team did. This really is a very wonderful company through and through.

I commissioned my kitty's portrait to honor her after her recent passing. Unfortunately UPS proved to be absolutely awful and completely ruined the canvas. However, I can still see the image, and it is beautiful. I love being able to see her sweet face again any way I can. Thankfully C&P told me they will replace the damaged piece. I am looking forward to being able to see it the way its meant to be seen- not completely bent out of shape.

I order a painting of my sisters dog, Duchess, for her birthday . They had a “Duchess” style painting available so it was perfect. Ordering was simple and quick . When I was notified that the painting shipped, I got nervous that it was the wrong painting since the sample photo was a black lab and my neicepooch is an English bulldog . I contacted the company and they sent me a fast and pleasant response. The email was kind and the interaction felt personal, which I appreciated . Everything was fantastic .
