Customer service is A+++. I recently ordered The Rulers, but was not 100% happy with one of the pet's portraits. Crown and Paw replaced the poster using a different pose and even adjusted the color of that pet. They kept me informed of every step in the process. I was a little disappointed as the dogs were made to look different. Can hardly tell it’s the same two dogs and the one on the left doesn’t sit right on the body.
