The website was easy to navigate, there are so many choices. The artist draft took 2 days instead of the 1hour quoted during the checkout process. The draft needed no changes. Shipping was a nightmare due to UPS, and crown&paw support was unresponsive both times I emailed them. It finally arrived days after the delivery date. The product itself is nice, a little blurry in person and lacking detail of the photo I submitted but, it’s fine. It looks good on the wall.

My canvas print and mug are the absolute best things I have seen in a very long time. My little Bandit is nearly 14 and I wanted something I could keep forever that showed him looking young and spry. I payed the extra fee to “jump the line” and was shocked with how quickly they processed the order and shipped it out. Packaging was great and, even though it was delivered on a rainy day and the packaging got wet, the canvasses stayed intact and dry. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered an 8x10 royal "king" style print, as a gift for someone with a cat, and it was just 'okay'. The picture wasn't crisp and there really wasn't much touching up/editing to make it look realistic (or, to make it look more than just a simple cut/paste job). So it looks like a floating head on the body. It's fine for what it is - a gag gift of sorts. But for $60+, and given what I've seen in the testimonials, I expected a better product. In addition, I received an email saying that the item was delivered - yet it wasn't. Tracking info showed it at a town nearby. When I inquired about this, I was told that this happens often with parcel services. I don't know, I've literally never seen this before, so I'm not sure why I was told this. C&P customer service was polite and responsive, so that's a positive.
I won't be using the service again because I don't feel the value for the $$ was there.
