The process was so amazing - I was skeptical of how it would work - but the team and Crown and Paw was GREAT - they allowed me to send other potential pics to use when I wasn't 100% happy with my original one after I saw it (my dog's ear was folded back in the pic)... in the end, they were able to take his ear from another picture and add to the original - it is perfection!

I am extremely impressed and pleased with this artwork. My boy passed away last year and I wanted a professional piece that matched his personality. I wasn't to sure I had a proper photo for an art piece and with him being gone I had no way to get a that perfect image, but I was assured that a clear image would work even though most pictures I had had background distractions. I honestly cried when I opened the box because they captured everything; the light in his eyes, his birthmark in his ear and his fawn colored coat. The piece has presents and the artist brings the piece to life. I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend!
