I bought this as a Christmas gift for my Aunt and Uncle and they LOVED IT! The team at Crown & Paw were great. I ordered one portrait and didn't like the costume I chose, and it was no issue at all the change it to a different one. I was worried that this wasn't going to be delivered in time (due the the costume change) for Christmas but it came just in time and I could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend!!!

I was disappointed that the designs were not flexible . My dogs neck didn’t fit in the design and I had to keep asking for more next to be added . When I asked if the neck could be widened for her neck I was told you are proud of your designs and don’t modify them . So instead we have weird fake neck hidden by weird fake whiskers .

Picture of the cat is very blurry compared to the digital model for the body. I didn’t notice when I looked at the preview on my phone as it was so small, but blown up it barely works. I think staff should reach out to customers and let them know some images aren’t going to come out great since these aren’t cheap.

This is Queen Guen of Guentopia. She is a yellow lab famous in St. Augustine FL known as being a snarky talking lab with a sense of humor. (She and her human counterpart, Gary, would go on morning walks and banter between themselves. Their antics were posted on FB on the I Love St. Augustine page. She was diagnosed with lung cancer in early autumn 2020 and given months to live. This portrait was done in Guen’s honor and was liked by many on that FB page. The poster turned out great. I was very pleased with the time I received it from when I ordered it. The only thing I would suggest is the envelope should say do not bend. Our mail person folded it to get it in the mailbox and there is a small wrinkle on the picture. I'm very happy with the finished product.

I really like the portrait! I'm sure my Mom will love it, I'm sending it to her as a gift. My only little complaint is how fuzzy the pet image is compared to the outfit. Also I would have made the pets head a bit bigger. But these are very picky complaints. Overall I'm very happy with it and especially the customer service!

I absolutely LOVE this picture of my baby girl, Francesca (Frankie). She was a rescue I found on the streets and was the apple of my eye. Sadly we only had 2 years with her. She had a bad disease, but I mad sure she had her meds when she was supposed to and her special food. She was so special to my husband and I. I still miss her so much.
