It was a complete nightmare trying to get this delivered. I had to go back and forth with customer service for 4 weeks past the estimated delivery date for them to believe it was lost in the mail… since they mailed it as a UPS/USPS combo so couldn’t track it from the post office. They finally reprinted it after 9 separate email follow-ups (even with USPS saying it wasn’t delivered). After all that I received no discount and no apology for the inconvenience. Honestly I’ll probably just order from an Etsy vendor next time, since it was such a pain to finally get the product. Once delivered, 9 weeks after ordered, I was happy with it.

Turned out great except for the fact that I wish it had been zoomed out more so you could see more of the astronaut outfit and flag. The flag was barely visible.

Took sometime to get here. There was a barcode printed on the side. Wish they would have put it on the back cause it's a printed barcode not a sticker you can peel off. My brother's reaction made it worth it though he was crying he was laughing so hard. My advice if you want to buy as a gift order months in advanced. Still waiting on another order I ordered in Nov and was promised guaranteed christmas delivery and Christmas is over and it has yet to ship.

Picture came out okay, but the hooks they applied to hang it are on on the bottom and side making it impossible to hang unless you want it upside down. I’ll have to add our own to be able to hang it properly but for the price we paid it’s pretty frustrating to have to do so
