The quality of the print was very good, but shipping, not so much. My 8"x 10" poster print was mailed in a thin cardboard envelope which was bent by USPS to fit in my mailbox. Nothing saying "do not bend" was noted on the envelope. I was able to get the bent crease to flatten out, but this really should have been packaged better.

So cute!! My only recommendation is to make sure your original pictures are ones that capture your pet the way you want!! It was impossible to send other photos after the initial ones…they were never good enough to work with!!

The product itself is great. The delivery is horrible. I ordered this weeks in advance and tried to get it in time for Christmas. I emailed them dozens of times with no response, and when they finally got back to me, it was not reassuring. Again, the product is great but they lost my order and were not quick to respond.

I love the picture, the only thing that I’m not a huge fan of is the white border with the barcode at the bottom of the poster. I bought a picture frame for the size of poster I ordered. Though, the white border can be seen when it’s in the frame and makes it look a little tacky.
