The ordering process was both fun and easy. It took a while to get the proof, but it was Christmas time, so that was expected. I didn’t need to make any changes once I got the proof, so everything went smoothly. The package came quite crushed around the edges despite “Fragile” labels, but thankfully the frame and canvas were in perfect condition. The quality is amazing! I love the picture I chose, and my dogs look great! The art is impressive and the image is humorous, so we smile every time we look at it! So glad I finally did this!

The portrait came out really nice!! However the customer service was so bad that I will never be buying from this company again. I’m addition to portrait, I bought a print that came out with a dent in it. They flat out refused to send another copy or even offer any other suggestions. Plain mean and left a bad taste in my mouth. Very unfortunate.

The portrait was a Christmas gift for my In-Laws. I didn't want them to guess what the gift was, but I still had to ask for pictures of the dogs. Not knowing what the pictures were for, they didn't give me the best possible picture (not following the guidelines provided). Despite that, the canvas came out great. Unfortunately, one of the dogs on the portrait suddenly died between the time the portrait was ordered and received. At that point I told them what the gift was, so they could be emotionally prepared when they opened it. They said it made their day, it's a beautiful tribute to their departed Gracie and they absolutely love it. Thank you :)

The portrait came out adorable and my mom loved it! My reason for taking off a star is that I chose Crown & Paw over other similar sites because of the lead time of 2-3 days noted on the site prior to ordering. Once I ordered, the noted lead time in the order details was 8-10 days. Please update your website to reflect accurate lead times. If it's a busy time of year, that's understandable, but please be up front about it.

The overall experience was really pleasant, the comments we made about the preview version of the pieces were all taken an board. Each canvas turned out really well!
Only minor downside was that, even with the additional fee to jump the line and get a quicker delivery, the pieces did not arrive on time for Christmas, but was not that bad in the end.
Would recommend this to everybody who has pets!

Ordering experience was extremely problematic. First, I was emailed that my order was in the works. When I checked a week later, the tracking system said my order did not exist. Then I was told I never uploaded picture, which I had done. After sending the pictures again, the painting proofs went to my spam and I was unable to make any changes before the time window expired. However every promotional email you send makes it through (and there are way too many of them). Portrait was OK, but could have been better if I had the ability to proof it, and there was no need for things to be this complicated.
