The only thing I could say is the cat on the far lefts face turned out red rather than his grey colour, but thats on me for not bringing that to anyone's attention so I still rate 5 stars! I will never order from this company again. My order came late (after Christmas), I had to send a ton of messages just to get one response. Just never again. I have to admit I was getting a little frustrated because I had to send several pictures before one was accepted. When the "proof" came, I was a little concerned about the excess "headroom" but approved it anyway. When it arrived I was thrilled! They had adjusted the headroom issue before production and it was absolutely perfect!

Look at our 'Dame" - this is the Dame template for our pup. Our son is 11 so at the in between age for gifts so this was the perfect gift for him for the holidays as he loves our dog so so so much.
