The finished product was top quality and really nice. I was upset I had requested the background color to be green, multiple times, And the art was printed and shipped without my approval with a brown background. However, the team did say they would try to correct when the picture was received, and it looked so nice my friend is keeping it as is anyway. It was also completed and delivered quickly.

It was a pretty fast process, faster than I thought it was going to be at least. They keep you updated every step of the way, that did a GREAT job with my canvas. My best friends cat passed away and his name was Colonel Sanders and it was the perfect gift to get his portrait done in the colonel outfit. They email you with a preview and you can ask them to make changes if needed and it was great. 10/10

So far I have had 2 portraits done for 2 dogs. It was fun! Picking the perfect body for the little man, so many interesting bodies to choose from! Pick a body, pick a photo of your pet and you are done! If you want some tweaking done to the portrait, they will do it. I had no problems. I recommend opting to get the digital download of your portrait too because then you can have it on your computer, phone, and tablet too.

The initial designing could not be easier--lots of option to look through, helpful ways to sort them--and all you do is upload a photo! It took a few weeks to arrive because I'm in England, but it arrived in great condition and just in time for Christmas which was perfect. Price wise is is expensive but you're getting a quality print in canvas and it's a lasting memory of your pet. I'm tempted to get 4 more made for my other pets!

Gave as a gift to family across the country so I actually haven't seen the finished product, but the receivers freaked out and said it was absolutely perfect. I was STUNNED at Crown & Paw's turn-around time; I ordered this about a week ago (mid-November) hoping that it would arrive at the destination by Christmas. (I had a terrible experience with a company who offered a similar product years ago, and it took nearly 2 months to finally get the correct order, so I was wary...)
