It's a really nice portrait - it makes all of laugh, and we enjoy that now we have a nice, framed picture of our beloved Nemo. The portrait took some to arrive due to the ongoing pandemic and how I ordered this right before the holiday season (Nemo's birthday is on December 26th), and thus I feel that communication should be stepped up a bit, but the Crown & Paw staff did respond to my e-mails when I sent them. I like this work quite a lot, and I'm glad I saw this advertised on Facebook back in August!

I got a special frame according to the size I picked to be printed and it’s that size but has white trim around it that shows when it’s in the frame and doesn’t look straight. It also doesn’t cut out where it sits perfectly center in the frame so I had to cut more. Not really impressed with the extra work I have to do for it to look nice in a frame for the money I spent on it, but I’m happy with the quality poster and how well the artist photoshopped the picture I sent in. Didn’t need to request additional edits.

The photo came within a week even though the expected time frame was 2-4 weeks. The image is a nice print and looks great trimmed for an 8x10 frame as proper as the photo. We smile every time we see it on the shelf!
