The picture turned out fine. I completely missed the approval/preview in my inbox and didn't have the chance to okay the final product. The preview honestly looked very bad, but the finished product turned out markedly better.
I'd enjoy if the final product wouldn't ship without the customer confirming the image meets their requirements. I would have requested small tweaks to my finished product. However, I like it enough not to send it back.

This was a gift for my boyfriend! He plays hockey for fun and our dog is his #1 love. I was initially disappointed it didn’t make it in time for Christmas, but the wait was worth it!
