Knitwear arrives within 3 weeks of the date of your order.
Artwork Creation Time
• Artwork preview will be sent to you via email within 1-2 days.

• Clothing production takes around 1-2 weeks.
• We'll start knitting within 24 hours of receiving approval of your artwork!
• Shipping will be fully tracked and typically takes 5 working days for knitwear.


Returns
As all knitted items are personalized and one of a kind, we do not accept returns. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item once received, or if it does not fit perfectly, we will redo and replace the item free of charge.
