How long does it take to receive a custom pet clone?

We offer two timelines: Standard and Rush. Standard production time is 6 weeks. Rush production time is 4 weeks. Shipping takes roughly 5-10 working days.

Can I choose the size of my custom pet clone?

We offer a range of sizes for each pet species and you choose your size on our order form. Custom pet clones start from 7.8" (20cm) all the way up to 21.6" (56cm). Note that we only offer the 7.8" (20cm) size for small animals such as rodents, fish and birds.

Is my pet photo good enough to use?

We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet. Make sure you submit photos from all angles so that we can see every part of your pet!

What materials do you use to create my pet plush?

All pet clones are handmade using plush materials. We have hundreds of fabrics, threads and textures in our design studio and we make sure we choose the right one for each and every pet. We find that polyester, cotton and acrylic are a great combination for most pet clones, but it really depends on your pet photos. We also carefully airbrush your pet plush fur with a high level of precision and lots of attention to detail, to achieve a highly realistic fur color to match your pet's.

What if I don't like my order?

We have a satisfaction guarantee. As soon as your pet clone is complete, we take photos and send them to you for approval. If there are any parts of your pet clone you want to change, we're happy to do the extra work needed. Once you're 100% happy with your pet clone, we ship it to you. If you receive your pet plush and it has been damaged, contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I store ashes in my custom pet plush?

Yes, we offer a zipper memory pouch option on the product form when you place your custom pet clone order. Many customers choose to use the memory pouch to store ashes or treasured memories, photos and handwritten notes from their children, saying goodbye to their beloved pet. Our custom pet clone is an incredible option for anyone looking for a custom pet urn. In our opinion, this is the most extraordinary pet ashes urn available for grieving pet owners. We hope that your custom pet clone can help soothe your grief in such a difficult time of your life.

What if my pet clone doesn't look like my pet when I receive it in person?

We spend a lot of time ensuring that your pet plush is highly realistic to your pet photos and description. All custom stuffed pet replicas are made entirely by hand, and are air-brushed by hand to match your pet's fur colors and markings as closely as possible. We understand how much your pet means to you and while we try our very best to exceed expectations, please remember that our custom pet clones are not a cut-and-paste copy of your actual pet in real life. If you don't love your order, let us know and we will make it right in the best way we can. As pet owners ourselves, we fully appreciate how important and sentimental your pet clone will be to you.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we have over 600,000 customers around the world and we always use fully tracked shipping methods. You will receive your tracking number via email. Note that some countries may require a payment of import duties and/or customs fees. We are not responsible for the payment of these fees.
