After you order, we create a custom design from your pet photo and send it to you as a proof. Request unlimited edits until it's perfect - we don't stitch until you approve it.

We produce in limited batches, so each garment gets the time and love your pet deserves. Once a batch fills, it closes, so reserving your place secures the earliest delivery date possible.
Shiping & Delivery
Your piece is totally 1-of-1 and made to order. Standard production time is 2-5 days. Shipping time on top of that varies by destination.

Care Instructions
Washing: Wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle with similar colours.
Drying: Air dry only, lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying
Ironing: Turn the item inside out first. Lay a clean cloth over the embroidery to protect it.
